Chris Chan made her first career on the internet in late 1999, when she planned to make a comic on her own personal website.
Several months later, on March 17, 2000, she made a Sonichu character in her class. Originally, she wanted to put Sonic the Hedgehog and also Pikachu on her cover, but it was prohibited by legal.
After that, Chris then made a new character, a combination of Pikachu and Sonic, Sonichu.
Five years later, on March 24, 2005, Chris then released her first comic, Sonichu.
Not only that, but Chris also made a virtual band, Christian and the Hedgehog Boys. That virtual band contained several characters of Sonichu comics.
Later, the band released some albums, such as Christian and the Hedgehog Boys and Christian and the Hedgehog Boys COMEBACK!.
Chris gained public attention from various other websites, such as Something Awful and 4Chan.
She then made some videos on YouTube, made comics, and play her virtual role online after her sudden attention in the 2000s.
