Kim Jae Hwa made her acting debut with the movie Harmony in 2009 and began to earn respect following her role in another movie titled As One in 2012.

Throughout her career, she only took minor roles for several projects both movies and drama series like The Yellow Sea (2010), Quick (2011), The Innocent Man (2012), and so on.

In fact, most of the roles she played so far are secondary to others. Though, the gravity of certain characters she played is getting more and more important to the narratives.
