Lee Tae Vin first started out in the entertainment industry as a commercial model. Later on, he signed with the entertainment company Music Works.
Around 2016-2017, it was announced that he was to become a member of new group MYTEEN.
On July 2017, the group made their official debut. They released an EP titled MYTEEN GO!.
MYTEEN then followed it up with their second EP F;UZZLE and a Japanese single album SHE BAD in 2018.
Tae Vin then decided to leave the group in December 2018. His reason was to focus more on his acting career. Before, he has had his acting debut in the 2018 TV series Rich Man.
This former idol began to gain recognition for his acting in 2020. At the time, he scored the supporting role in the hit drama series Penthouse.
He continued to play the role for the second and third season as well in 2021.
