Park Ji Yeon debuted as an actress in 2015 with the drama series Oh My Ghost. After that, she had not taken on any roles or acting projects for almost two years.
However, she returned to the small screen in 2017 with two different drama series, namely Mad Dog and Andante, in which she took part consecutively.
In 2020, she made her movie debut by starring in the movie Miracle, where she managed to play the main role despite being a first-timer in the scene.
Then, she came back to appear on the small screen that very same year with the drama series Stranger 2 and The King: Eternal Monarch.
Her big breakthrough, however, came a year later when she had a role in the widely acclaimed drama series titled Hospital Playlist 2.
