“I’ll never turn down a red velvet cupcake.”

“We all have to find beauty within us, as opposed to just our exterior.”

“Whatever it is, I give it my all. You have to do everything you want in this one life that you have.”

“I am a foodie. I’m not afraid to say it.”

“Age is really just a number to me and means every year I get to experience so much more.”

“I realized that bullying never has to do with you. It’s the bully who’s insecure.”

“I’m a huge pasta and pizza lover. I can eat those every single day.”

“I could be 80 tomorrow and I’d still be okay. It’s all the way you think about things.”

“For my prom I really wanted to wear a bright color – something that was going to pop and stand out.”

“It’s important to wake up everyday and remind yourself what you’re working towards. You create your own life, it’s not set out there for you.”

“When you look at yourself in the mirror, don’t pinpoint the things that you aren’t happy with. Appreciate what you were born with and acknowledge the fact that you are you, and that is something to celebrate.”

“Growing up, I wish I hadn’t tried so hard to fit in. I’d tell myself to just embrace what you were born with because it’s beautiful and you were made like that for a reason.”

“I’m definitely a girly-girl and I love playing with fashion, but at the same time I will go skydiving with you tomorrow.”

“If you can make me laugh, my heart is yours! I think there’s nothing more attractive than someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.”

“Growing up, I wish I hadn’t tried so hard to fit in. I’d tell myself to just embrace what you were born with because it’s beautiful and you were made like that for a reason. It’s tough being a girl. I think we need all of the support we can get.”

“Then with Lucy [Hale], her little thing that I kind of learned from her is her country music because she’s obsessed with country and at the beginning, I wasn’t a huge fan of it, but I was listening to some songs that she plays in the hair and makeup room and she’s also so funny, too. She does these character impersonations and they’re just so funny. Made up characters of course, but she can switch into someone else so fast. I’m always laughing at Lucy and she’s like a little Polly Pocket, you know? The tiny one.”

“I finally realized that no one is perfect and that I like the fact that I look different and don’t have the perfect body. No one does!”

“I love colorful things. I think the world is so beautiful because of all the different colors. With my feed, I really like it to be a rainbow effect, very colorful and vibrant, and just showing happy moments.”

“I was walking in a grocery store and someone jumped on my back – and I knew the second she yelled ‘It’s Emily Fields’, it was a fan. I guess being in someone’s living room once a week on the TV makes them feel a little TOO comfortable.”

“Why would I try to change who I look like, what my race is? No. No no no. You are beautiful because that’s the skin you were born with. Love it. And be proud of it.”

“Why would I try to change who I look like, what my race is? No. No no no. You are beautiful because that’s the skin you were born with. Love it. And be proud of it.”

“Personally, I don’t really have a set style or look. It’s pretty much what I feel like wearing that day, from a floral-print dress and high heels to ripped jeans and army boots.”

“I will never forget that there are millions of other people who would be dying to be in my position. I’m not going to be an actress who doesn’t appreciate what she has.”

“It didn’t take me very long to realize that modeling wasn’t very satisfying. I was always asking people, “How are you going to set up this shot? How will it be lit?” And they’d say, “Stop. Just pose.” I had a problem with that.”

“I’ve always felt like you should love who you love – sexuality doesn’t matter. It would be so cool in the future if it weren’t even an issue to anybody anymore.”

Shay Mitchell is sexy, exotic, amazing, and charming. No wonder, so many people fell in love with her in just a short time!
