Quotes

“I was obsessed with watching Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen everything. Every Tuesday we’d go to Blockbuster, and I’d get a new Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen movie, but I never even connected the dots that they were actors . . . It was just pure entertainment.”

“The character of Georgia and the story automatically jumps off the page . . . I’ve never read such a dynamic female character. I loved that she was a mom. I love that she’s living in the gray area. I love that you don’t know if you’re supposed to root for her.”

I think what’s remarkable about the writers’ room is how they’ve made these three different men in Georgia’s life so incredibly viable. Normally, you’re leaning one way or the other, but I think what’s so cool is they all bring out an entirely different side of [Georgia], and she would live a completely different life with all of them, but they all make sense for completely different reasons.”

“As an actor it isn’t easy, going to places in your life that you’re drawing from and everybody responds differently, but I am one of those people – it sticks with me a little bit. I’m an emotional being. I go home and it’s hard to turn it off.”

“That it’s okay to ask for help. A lot of people feel uncomfortable living in that vulnerability but it’s actually incredibly courageous. That’s not something we’re taught and it is an important life skill.”

“I was just with Antonio last night – I just love her so much. Getting to work with Antonia onscreen and offscreen, I feel so safe taking big risks with her.”

“Georgia always has a glass of wine in her hand. It makes sense. These girls need a vacation. Both of them need to go on a quick little holiday, take their mind off things. It’s a lot but that’s also life though, right? Life is chaotic.”

With her flawless looks, hard work, and a strong commitment to making her dreams happen, it is no wonder that Brianne Howey’s fame is soaring right now.
