Daisy Edgar-Jones made her acting debut in 2016 with the TV series Outnumbered. She then got highlighted in the English parody TV series titled Cold Feet in that same year.

After the success of her debut, she managed to secure a bigger role in the TV series Silent Witness a year later. Around that time, she was also in the creation group named National Youth Theater.

In 2019, she got her first recurring role in the TV series Gentleman Jack. Her next venture that year was the lead job in the hit TV series Normal People.
