Lee Sang Yeob made his acting debut in the drama series A Happy Woman (2007). He has been shown up in numerous well-known movies and drama series from that point forward.

He is mostly known for featuring in the sitcom Living Among the Rich (2011), the drama series The Innocent Man (2012), and the historical drama series Jang Ok Jung (2013).

In 2013, he had his first lead role in the drama series A Little Love Never Hurts. However, his popularity did not climb up until he participated in the drama series Once Again (2020).

He also starred in several movies such as Ordinary People (2018), Ex Files (2014), The Flu (2013), and many others.
