Sarah Hayes is an American bodybuilder, fitness trainer, and model. She gained fame by professionally competing in the bodybuilding field and being a fitness model.

Career

Sarah Hayes’ career began when she relocated to Oxford, Ohio, in 2000 right after graduating from high school. She started working as an assistant and coach there.

She gradually expanded her career by training various clients, including athletes in Dallas, Texas, where she moved in 2004.

Over time, she naturally developed an interest in bodybuilding. After being convinced by a friend of hers, she began competing in the bodybuilding figure contest in 2007, where she placed in the 4th rank.

After moving back to her hometown, Minnesota, she targeted competing in the beauty pageant show Miss Minnesota through the natural bodybuilding department. She won the division and gained a professional status in the WNBF.

That brought her to enter a wide competition. Throughout her career, she has won various bodybuilding and pageant contests, including the Lone Star Classic in 2009, Branch Warren Bodybuilding in 2010, and Tampa Pro in 2012.

Aside from her successful career in the bodybuilding discipline, she also has worked as a fitness model and coach.

Hayes retired from competing in 2012 and has been focusing on teaching at the University of Southern California since then.
