Additionally, wasps can reproduce through parasitism, a process where they consume hosts as a food and energy source for their development.

Unlike bees, wasps, and feared insects, they have a primary difference in body shape. Wasps have a slimmer body than bees, with a pointed lower abdomen.

Furthermore, the wasp’s waist, called the petiole, is narrower, separating the abdomen and thorax.

In contrast, bees have a rounder abdomen and a less elongated body than wasps.

Many solitary species do not have painful stings. These bee relatives do not sting and tend to avoid humans.
