Joy started her career as a model when she was 14 years old. She has worked for two labels, namely Argento Beachwear and Liliana Montoya.
Later, she was scouted by a local mall in Raleigh and became a fashion model. After that, she was endorsed by the Marilyn Agency in New York City.
Later on, Joy modeled for major brands such as Guess, Urban Decay, and Frankies Bikinis.
