Illumi Zoldyck

Illumi Zoldyck is one of the characters in the Hunter x Hunter anime series, who is the eldest child in the Zoldyck Family.

He seems to be the only person Hisoka claims as a friend, although their relationship is somewhat unconventional.

Illumi has shown concern for the Zoldyck family members, which is shown by his willingness to deal with Alluka’s power, even if the price is his life.

For physical appearance, he is described as having very long jet-black hair. In addition, he also has large black eyes, with no pupils.

Facts

It is likely that the name Illumi comes from the Italian word (Illuminato) which means “enlightened”.
Illumi is also a Manipulator, so it suits the Illuminati’s purpose.
In Manga Vol. 30 [Chapter 320] Illumi is shown at the place where the vote was held. He is disguised as Gittarackur for the first time since the Hunter Test Storyline.
Illumi and Hisoka are best friends
Hisoka had asked Illumi to join Ryodan by taking the place of the murdered Uvogin.
He had ambitions to become a member of the Zoldyck family by controlling Killua.
During the Chairman Election arc, Hisoka was excited by the presence of someone he rated as a 95, which turned out to be Illumi in disguise. It should be noted that Illumi was ranked higher than most present Zodiacs.
Illumi used three types of needles to control others. Round head with silver shaft needles, to change appearance, gold sewing needle, to brainwash others, longer than the other two, to turn his target into ‘needle person’.
