Lee Min Ho

As a child, Lee Min Ho didn’t really think of pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.

Instead, he wanted to be a professional football player. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury in fifth grade that force him to halt his dream.

Following this set-back, this young man then decided to pursue a career as an actor. He went on many auditions in hope to land a role.

He finally made his debut in the 2003 TV series Sharp. Afterwards, this actor continued to get minor roles in various series such as Nonstop 5 (2004) and Recipe of Love (2005).

Min Ho got his breakout role in 2009. He got the leading role in the drama Boys Over Flowers. The series was a hit across Asia. It brought new Korean Wave and made the actor a Hallyu Star.

The man from Seoul continued to reach new height of success over the years. In 2011, he starred in action drama City Hunter.

The series was a huge commercial success. It helped launched his name into international stardom, especially in Philippines, Japan, France, and China.
