Alisha Lehmann began playing football when she was 5. Growing up with her brother and cousins, it was them who influenced her to love football.

She started her training at the FC Konolfingen youth academy before beginning her professional career. She makes her professional debut in 2016 with BSC YB Frauen.

During her time I BSC YB Frauen, she impressed scouts including West Ham manager who later signed her in 2018.

She signed with West Ham United and helped the club to the Women’s FA Cup Final. In early 2021, she moved to Everton on a loan and spent a season with Everton.

At the end of the season, Alisha Lehmann transferred to Aston Villa and signed a one year deal with Aston Villa for the 2021-22 season.
