Morfydd Clark is a British actress. She’s best recognized for starring in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022–) as Galadriel.

Other prominent acting projects she’s involved in are including Saint Maud (2019), Love & Friendship (2016), Interlude in Prague (2017), and The Personal History of David Copperfield (2019), and His Dark Materials (2019).

Career

She started her acting career in theater and made her on-screen debut with a small role in the TV series New Worlds in 2014.

It was then followed by four movie projects all at once, which include The Falling, Madame Bovary, Two Missing, and A Poet in New York. All were released in 2014.

Since then, she has appeared in many movies and TV series with a total of more than twenty roles which helped her obtain the reputation of being versatile.

Some of the TV series she has starred in so far include His Dark Materials (2019), Patrick Melrose (2018), The City and the City (2018), The Alienist (2018), and Arthur & George (2015).

Her big breakthrough, however, came in 2019 when she played the main role in the movie Saint Maud. Her performance there earned her multiple accolades.

In 2022, she was set to join the cast of the TV series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
