SuA first joined CJ E&M as a trainee before she became Happyface Entertainment’s trainee.
After several times, she then left CJ E&M and moved to Happyface, which leads to her debut career by becoming a MINX member on 18th September 2014.
Alongside MINX, SuA had released the first single called Why Did You Come to My Home? for their debut.
But two years after her debut with MINX, Happyface made an announcement on 29th November 2016 that she and the rest of MINX members would be a unity again for a re-debut program in a new girl group called Dreamcatcher.
Dreamcatcher then added the new members, Handong and Gahyeon, and finally SuA debuted again with Dreamcatcher on January 13, 2017 with the debut EP, Nightmare.
